Staff achievements - Vets keep on studying!

Vet Science, like human medicine, is continually changing. Therefore it’s important that vets, just like doctors, keep up to date with current treatments and new surgical techniques. Here at Annandale, all our vets and nurses are encouraged to do extra study and attend courses and conferences regularly, so …

• Big congratulations to Gwilym who last year passed his exams and thereby gained membership to the Australian College of Veterinary Scientists’ Surgery Chapter.
• Well done also to Teresa who has just completed a year-long post graduate ophthalmology course at the University of Sydney.

Jo Smaller has also just begun her first year of a Masters Degree in Veterinary Medicine and Surgery at Murdoch University in Perth and our new vet, Greg Behm, is currently completing his last year of this gruelling three year course.
