General Terms and Conditions
Things you need to know

The following terms and conditions apply to your application to sponsor and /or exhibit.

You (sponsoring/exhibiting organisation) by returning a completed, signed and dated form accept these terms and conditions.

We/us refers to the Australian Veterinary Business Association ABN 71 130 063 366 reserve the right, at our total discretion and without assigning reason, to decline any application.

Financial Facts

Full payment is required within 14days of booking form.

Payment options are detailed on the booking form.

You will not receive any confirmation or sponsorship entitlements, including allocation of booth location, until all monies have been paid.

All prices are quotes in Australian Dollars and include GST.
If you need to cancel
-
You must notify us in writing if you need to cancel.
-
Cancellations made before the 45 days of conference start will be refunded, less 50% of the total purchase price.
-
Cancellations made after this date will not be refunded.
-
Your non payment does not cancel your contractual obligations to us.
In the unlikely case that the there are changes to the event
-
Every endeavour will be made to keep you informed of any changes at the earliest possible time.

Changes to programming of allocated conference days are at the discretion of AVBA.

If location or dates of conference change, refunds and changes in obligations are at the discretion of AVBA.

In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled, refunds will be distributed at the earlier convenience. Full or part refunds are at the discretion of AVBA.
You and your staff - onsite
Booth/ Space Allocations and Requirements

We will endeavour to provide booth allocations as per requests. Allocation will be in order of receipt of payment. However we reserve the right to change floor layout as necessary and allocate exhibition space as per our discretion. Discussion can be had, however our decision is final.

You will adhere to OH&S considerations in your exhibition space.

We will endeavour to protect exhibition property during the period of the exhibition but we will not accept liability for loss or damage.

It is strongly advised that you seek to cover your equipment and display material with adequate insurance and public liability insurance at your own expense.

You are to insure, indemnify and hold the AVBA harmless in respect of all damages. Injuries, costs, demands, expenses, and interest for which you may become liable.
