Problems and Pain: A New Way of Thinking
Life is difficult. Problems hurt and they never really go away. Learn to look at life and work from a whole new paradigm. We often develop unhealthy workplace behaviours that are simply coping mechanisms for ineffective problem solving, so once we understand how to face problems with discipline we can move through them and SOLVE them rather than obsess over them and pass the difficulties on to the people around us.

Putting Common Sense into Common Practice
Session 1 The Secret(s) - What makes one practice succeed and another struggle? Secrets will be revealed. What is common sense? How do we get common sense practiced routinely?
Session 2 Dreams and Realities - It’s all about achieving a balance between the dreams of the owner(s) and the realities of how to get people willing to help us achieve those dreams.
Session 3 Moats & Mountains - We build moats to keep enemies at bay. We look for mountains to climb often ill equipped to cope with the altitude. Identify realistic objectives and remove obstacles?
Session 4 Growth & Rebirth - What must a leader (owner, partner or manager) do to lead effectively? How do we sustain growth?
