Number one problem = profitability?  Denise will give you the tools to make a fresh attack on your budget.  Clients not following your advice?  Find out how to boost compliance.  How do you maintain your practice integrity and core values when client spend is down and the economic climate is overcast?  Get back on the pathway to success with Denise’s guidance.

The first AVBA AGM

The AGM of AVBA Ltd was held in Sydney at the end of May.  Members attended in person, by telephone and by proxy.

Dr Mark Ethell, in his presidential report said, "The achievements made in the first year are cause for celebration.  For AVBA to have attracted over 500 members and such fantastic support from the veterinary industry in less than one year is no small achievement."

Mark thanked his fellow directors, the office team, industry partners and the membership in general for sharing AVBA's vision.

You can read more about AVBA's first AGM in the June 2009 edition of "In The Black".
