Topics include:

Paying Veterinarians on Performance

Are Australian veterinarians really productive? This session will bring you a clear understanding of what veterinary productivity really means. Rob will then discuss the benefits and disadvantages of several performance based pay systems and will finally show you:

  • How you can easily incorporate productivity based systems into your practice
  • Ensure your staff are both happy and compliant with the whole deal
  • Make certain it is not a management burden
  • Demonstrate how you can easily forecast the financial impact on your practice

Your practice value is fundamental to your financial future!

Come and learn what is involved in an appraisal of your practice. Practice valuation is not quite as esoteric as you may think. This night is aimed at helping you understand the actual methodology behind valuing a practice. The mystical nature of valuations will be clarified once and for all. Once you appreciate how it works you will be able to make changes that will significantly influence the value of your practice. If a significant part of your financial future depends on practice value then don’t miss this one!
