Sue Crampton
AUSTRALIA

V.N. B.BUS. CERTIFICATE IV IN WORKPLACE TRAINING AND ASESSMENT, MASTERS NLP.
 
Sue graduated a qualified veterinary nurse in the U.K. in 1980.  She has worked in the U.S.A. as a soft tissue surgical technician for Dr Bojrab in the University of Missouri, and in Hong Kong as an animal welfare officer with the RSPCA, before finally settling in Australia.
 
She has worked in a variety of practices in Australia and is currently working in a mixed practice in Samford. Sue has also worked as a sales manager with a veterinary wholesaler and as a manager of a veterinary marketing company.
 
She is Director of the Animal Industries Resource Centre (AIRC) and Crampton Consulting Group (CCG) with a focus on practice management and development in the areas of practice systems, technical excellence, Customer Service, Human Resources and Organisational Change management.  The AIRC caters for the many demands for her training services around Australia, NZ and Asia from practices, veterinary nurses, practice managers, and veterinary companies alike.
 
Sue has completed her Bachelor of Business Degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management. She was a founder and past president of the Veterinary Nurses Council of Australia (VNCA).
