Goods Return (Credits) Policy

Effective June 1st 2009

Dear Client,

After a national review of our Goods Return (Credits) Policy and to comply with recent government regulations, I need to inform you of our revised policy. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate the best levels of service, we would appreciate your adherence to our revised policy effective 1^st June 2009.

1. All requests for credits need to be directed to your local Cenvet Customer Service Team.

2. A credit claim must be raised before goods are able to be returned. Please contact your Cenvet Customer Service who will process your credit claim request.

3. Claims for credits need be made within 7 working days of receipt of goods to avoid a restocking fee.

4. A copy of the credit claim must accompany the products showing the reason for the return, original invoice number and date of purchase.

5. If cold products are being returned they must be in a suitable container (e.g. foam esky) with adequate ice bricks to maintain required storage temperatures.

6. Credits may be returned after 7 working days; however a restocking fee of $25.00 plus GST per claim will be incurred. The stock must be in saleable condition and any freight costs will be at the client’s expense.

7. Due to government regulations Schedule Eight products (D.O.A) are no longer able to be collected by Cenvet employees. Please contact Cenvet Customer Service who will advise you in how to return these products.

8. Products marked as non-returnable will not be accepted unless faulty or due to an error on the part of Cenvet or Cenvet’s distribution company.

9. Special order items will not be accepted back for credit. Customer Service will notify you of this condition at the time of ordering.
