FUNCTIONS - GENERAL INFO / PRICE GUIDE

Here at the Crest we pride ourselves on offering the best in service and value. We will do everything we can to ensure your function is both enjoyable and memorable for you and your guests.

We have 2 rooms available for hire:

The Sports Bar is located downstairs and is the perfect room for smaller functions for up to 80 guests. Sports bar by day, party room by night, It includes its own fully stocked bar, private restrooms, Big screen television with DVD/Computer connection capability, Sound system for CD/MP3 connection, Bar staff and Security Guard/s. Fully furnished it contains both low and high tables and chairs with longer, more formal trestle tables available on request.

The Pool Room is the largest area of our hotel and is great for any function for up to 300 guests. Although neither bar has a minimum bar spend, the Pool Room has a minimum guest requirement of 100 people. The Pool Room includes its own fully stocked bar, private restroom and VIP entrance, Big screen projector with DVD/computer connection, fantastic sound system for CD/MP3 connection, Bar Staff and Security guard/s. The pool room includes extra features such as a dance floor with sound activated dance floor lighting, Air hockey and pool tables, Juke Box, adjoining smoking area, multiple plasma TV's with Foxtel connection and a microphone for speeches. The Pool Room has recently be re-furnished with low and high tables and chairs as well as lounge style seating.

Hire Fee $150

Hire Period 5 hours (generally 7pm-12am)

Guest capacity 50-80 guests

Deposit / Refundable Bond $300

Catering from Mike's Grill $8 - $12 per head (see menu on catering page)

Minimum bar spend
$800

POOL ROOM

Hire Fee $350

Hire Period 5 hours (generally 7pm-12am)

Guest capacity 100-300 guests

Deposit / Refundable Bond $500

Catering from Mike's Grill $8 - $12 per head (see menu on catering page)

Minimum bar spend $1500

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

DJ (incl. all equipment and set-up for 5hrs period) $400

Pool Tables (on free play) (Pool tables are always available at $3 per game) $150 (only available in pool room)

Juke Box (digital Jukeboxes are available in both rooms) $220

Bus Hire Full sized bus from $200 for a single drop-off in the Sutherland Shire (ask for a quote)

Hire shift (move room hire 1 hour later to 8pm-1am) $100 extra to cover increase in staff and security wages past midnight

Decorations We can arrange decorations for you, simply ask for a quote. You are of course welcome to decorate yourself, however we ask that you please use only blue tac on walls. Up to 2 hours will be given to decorate on request. Feel free to ask your function coordinator for advice on how best to decorate for you function.
