‘Building a Champion Team’ Workshop a Howling Success

Customers of Dr Neil’s enjoyed a fantastic night on April 17, as Tony Gattari shared the secrets to Building a Champion Team.

The enthusiastic crowd heard of Tony’s time under Gerry Harvey at Harvey Norman, and his team building philosophies such as ‘Flat Salary = Flat Performance’ and ‘Winning Teams Have Great Leaders’, as well the various styles of employees, and how you need all styles to build a Champion Team.
