Dr Neil's Invoice
A brief Explanation

The 'check' column on your Dr Neil's invoice can contain a number of symbols, an explanation of which are contained below:

* The star symbol next to a product code means this product in non-returnable.

When the due date for a product on backorder appears as 11/11/11, it means our Supplier is unable to give us an accurate due date.

> Means the there has been a Supplier price rise since you last ordered this product.

+ Means you haven't previously purchased this product from Dr Neil's.

# Means a product is Dangerous Goods, and is sent separately to the rest of the order.
