Dr Neil’s Moving to National Warehouse Facility

The lease has been signed and the finishing touches are being put on Dr Neil’s new National Distribution base in Western Sydney. As you can see from the photos above, the facility has come a long way and as of Tuesday October 2 Dr Neil’s will be processing and dispatching orders from the new facility.

Having previously used third party warehousing, the decision was taken to move into their own warehouse, with customers enjoying a range of benefits from the move.

Customers will benefit from improved stock levels, so you can get your order in full and on time. You will receive one delivery for your entire order as all stock will be housed in the warehouse. This means that product ranges such as Ezy Dog and Pet Stages, which are currently being shipped from a separate warehouse, will now be delivered with all other stock.

By taking control of their own purchasing, Dr Neil’s will be able to negotiate better deals with Suppliers, and pass the savings on to customers.

There are a range of initiatives that Dr Neil’s is putting in place to ensure that the warehouse runs efficiently, and orders are in the hands of clients as soon as possible. 

The additional warehouse space means that Dr Neil’s can continue to expand their product range, to bring clients innovative and unique products from all over the world.

With the growth of Dr Neil’s over the years the company has regularly moved headquarters, but believes they have finally found a long term home at Glendenning. Dr Neil’s has previously moved from Artarmon to offices at Parramatta, before moving to Kings Park, and last year shifting to offices at the Norwest Business Park.
