Dr Neil’s Enjoying New Home

Dr Neil’s completed the move from separate warehouses and offices into a combined facility at Glendenning during October.

It was a busy time for all staff as the transition to distribute goods out of Glendenning to New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia customers became effective on October 15, with the office moving to the new location on October 19.

There were a few hiccups when the computers didn’t co-operate with staff and as stock was transferred into the Glendenning warehouse, but everything is now operating smoothly.

Customers should experience a number of benefits from this move in the coming months such as:

• Improved stock levels. This means better order fulfillment - Deliveries in full on time.

• One delivery for your entire order. This includes Ezy Dog and Pet Stages.

• Improved purchasing control means Dr Neil’s can pass savings on to you!

• A single point of contact for any order enquiries.

The final step in making Glendenning a national distribution centre will be fulfilling orders to Victorian customers out of the new warehouse. This will be happening over the coming weeks.
