Top Tippers Announced
After 25 gruelling weeks Knowles Stockfeeds and Carroll’s Saddlery emerged as our top NRL and AFL Tippers.
Knowles Stockfeeds had a bit more breathing space than previous winners, finishing three points clear of Animal Care and Greyhound Products Direct who tied for second. These two businesses finished three points clear of the fourth placed Pet Shack.
It was a much tighter finish in the AFL Competition with Carroll’s Saddlery finishing one point clear of Queensland’s Acacia Pet Supplies and Produce. Pets at Gamon Street finished in third spot a further point back, and only two points from the lead.
Knowles Stockfeeds and Carroll’s Saddlery both took home $2,000 prizemoney for their efforts, while Animal Care and Greyhound Products Direct both won $625 for their efforts in tieing for second.
Acacia Pet Supplies and Produce won $750 for finishing outright second in the AFL, with Pets and Gamon Street collecting $500.
