KelatoLYTE is an advanced electrolyte replacer containing potassium and the essential electrolytes lost in sweat.

KelatoLYTE’s balanced formulation more closely mimics the actual composition of a horse's sweat, making it extremely effective at helping to prevent poor performance due to sweat loss.

Individual horses sweat differently under differing work loads and climates. KelatoLYTE’s formulation and feeding directions are directly related to the amount of sweat lost, taking into account both the amount of work done and the climate. This means that you can ensure you are correctly replacing your horse's sweat loss no matter what the climate. The addition of glucose in the KelatoLYTE formulation improves the uptake of the essential electrolytes into the stomach to quickly help prevent dehydration.

To also help maximise electrolyte uptake, it is advisable to split the daily KelatoLYTE dosage into more than one feed (eg. half the daily dose in the morning and half in the evening). The apple flavouring in KelatoLYTE makes it very palatable.

KelatoLYTE can also be used as a drench.

KelatoLYTE contains no bicarbonates and does not contravene the rules of competition.
