Dr Neil’s Treatment

Those ordering from Dr Neil’s in 2008 should have seen an improvement in delivery times as the decision was made to change delivery partners at the start of the year.

Unfortunately a spate of late and lost deliveries marred Dr Neil’s move into their new National Distribution Centre in late 2007, and forced Dr Neil’s to sever ties with the previous delivery partner.

Startrack Express took over deliveries on January 2, and an immediate improvement in delivery times and consistentcy was noticed by clients.

Dr Neil’s is continuing to implement improvements in its warehousing and distribution processes to ensure that more stock is available to clients, and orders are processed and in the hands of clients in the most timely and efficient manner possible.
