Vanessa graduated from the University of Sydney in 2003. After spending two years working in Western Sydney, she spent the next two years working in the UK and travelling around the Northern Hemisphere.

Vanessa has a special interest in emergency medicine, and this year is participating in a postgraduate course in Diagnostic Imaging.

Outside work Vanessa loves travelling the world,, snow sports and SCUBA diving. One day she'd like to see the Northern Lights.
