GVH Renovations Update

As you will have noticed, our renovations have been moving along at what can only be described as a snail’s pace. As some of our clients are aware, we have had an unfortunate experience with someone who was critical to overseeing the renovations.

Unfortunately the episode brought the project to a grinding halt for several months. Not only has this been both frustrating and expensive from our viewpoint, we are acutely aware that it has continued to inconvenience our clients for much longer than we thought would be necessary. We feel lucky that we have not had to sacrifice any of our professional standards during this period: our patients are still receiving the same quality of care as always.

We do however know how frustrating it sometimes is for our clients to try to find a parking space. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your patience. The good news is that things are moving again. As at the time of writing- mid-September- we now have workmen back on site, shirts off and shoulders to the grindstone. We now have the skeleton of the basement area erected, and hopefully the ground floor will soon be in place. It’s been heartening for us to finally see things happening again.

We look forward to being able to show you around our grand new hospital when it’s finally completed.
