Users' Expectations of Accreditation, of the IAF MLA between ABs and of Accredited Certification

This position paper has been prepared by the IAF User Advisory Committee and is intended to provide advice and assistance to IAF for the development and implementation of strategies to ensure accredited certification is fulfilling user expectations and its value and effectiveness are continually being enhanced.
