IPTA PRESENTATION

A REVIEW OF RECENT DEVELOPMENTS IN NEW ZEALAND

18 AUGUST 2008

As you will recall, Mr Clive Elliott, a New Zealand barrister and registered patent attorney, recently made a presentation to IPTA members in Sydney.  We are please to advise tha Mr Elliott will repeat this presentation in Melbourne on Thursday, 18 September.

Clive will discuss recent developments relating to law reform, case law and other areas of practical interest to practitioners.
