We not only offer a diverse background of experience; some of our people sit on national technology award panels.
Today, organisations are often looking to outsource more and more of their marketing communications requirements to a single partner. Network is such a partner.
Our main differences lie in our people and our approach to communications.
Instead of employing staff on a tiered model - account director, account manager, account executive and account assistant - we employ on a more horizontal principle; employing people to add value to the communication chain.
That is why we have people well versed in areas of:
- Public Relations
- Advertising
- Marketing
- Journalism
- Digital Marketing
- Consumer Electronics
- Corporate Relations
Their skills and experience can then be matched to client needs, either as part of the dedicated team, or adding value from their speciality on a project ‘needs’ basis.
Our approach to communications is also, not surprisingly, a little different. Because we have such varied staff skill-sets, we can offer clients a range of marcomms activities, but all driven from a central messaging platform. It’s a bit like our version of technology’s “Unified Communications”.
Some of our people also sit on national technology award panels. This demonstrates that we not only know the industries we cover - we are respected within them!
For example, Geoff Hoddinott - Head, Technology & B2B, has been a finals judge for the last four years for the Consensus Australia and New Zealand Software Awards, as well as being a finals judge for the Australian Interactive Media Industry Association (AIMIA) Awards for the last two years.
Rob Irwin, online & media specialist, coming from a journalist and PR background, was called on to be a finals judge for the annual MediaConnect IT Writers Awards in 2007.
