This means that our sole focus is on being the most knowledgeable and expert in these areas for our clients.

We have media relations skills and experience - and we still ‘do’ media for most of our clients.
But today, when consumers and customers can be engaged direct through the Web and other digital channels, we believe PR has moved on. Increasingly many of our communication solutions involve direct customer or consumer engagement.

While we work for major brands we are deliberately structured to be -and consider ourselves - a boutique agency.
We believe this determination allows us to deliver superior service to our clients - and to give the most job satisfaction for our staff.

We seek partnerships - ideally so we become an extension of a client’s marketing or corporate department, and an integral part of their team.
That’s why we are as careful in selecting the clients for whom we wish to work, as clients should be in selecting who they trust to handle their marketing or corporate communication efforts.

We put value in expertise not age.
The core of what we do relates to technology and how to facilitate it. That’s the domain of younger people and we have - and seek - staff in their 20’s/30’s who passionately embrace today’s communication tools.
But we make no apologies for the fact that the agency is directed by PR veterans - because years of communication/marketing experience, combined with the ability to fully leverage today’s digital and online channels, is what increasingly makes a difference in the work we do for clients.
