Using digital channels to reach IT and business customers needs more than just email marketing
When, through acquisitions, three separate Australian specialist telcos were rebranded and relaunched as one -under the ‘Clever’ name - Network was the lead agency across PR, Marcomms and Advertising.
Clever, then Australia’s largest ‘business grade’ wireless telco, wanted its communications to reflect the personal approach they took to customer relations.
Network highlighted this personal approach by having all sales executives email their client bases, announcing the rebranding, and inviting them to click a link to see and hear a message from the CEO.
