About Us
Welcome.
‘PR Influences’ is a resource that I hope you will find of interest and value - whether you are a practicing PR professional, a marketer or corporate executive.
It was created in 2001 because I perceived that Australia and New Zealand had virtually no dedicated media that focussed on PR.
‘PR Influences’ - as the name implies - seeks to show the role PR plays in influencing awareness, opinions, attitudes and behaviour amongst external audiences as diverse as partners, consumers, investors, media, Government and communities.
In editing and producing ‘PR Influences’ I draw on my own long experience as a PR practitioner - but I also subscribe to, or monitor, most of the major PR newsletters and publications in the world.
So in a sense ‘PR Influences’ provides a single source of information on the latest developments and thinking in PR.
Most importantly ‘PR Influences’ is FREE.
When I conceived ‘PR Influences’ I was Managing Director of a PR Agency. I have since moved beyond the agency world to consult to PR Directors and Managers on PR departmental effectiveness and PR agency relations and selection.
If you have any specific comment you would like to make about ‘PR Influences’, issues you would like to see covered or you would like to engage in any dialogue, I invite you to email me.
