Brand Marketer Questionnaire

Published Feb 01

A few points to think about.

Do you:

  • Feel that while your paid and traditional marketing such as advertising is working well you are not fully exploiting all the opportunities to reach the marketplace?

  • See your category of product or service being increasingly featured editorially in the media?

  • Believe your competitors are getting more editorial coverage than you?

  • See ‘below-the-line ‘ opportunities and think "why don’t we do that?"

  • Have new product releases coming up that you feel more could be made of?

  • Have research-based or scientific information that you feel would add to the value of the product or category?

  • Have international VIP’s visiting which you want to exploit to the fullest?

  • Have structural/marketing changes pending that need to be thoroughly communicated to trade, customers etc?

  • Have concerns about the adequacy of procedures to handle product recalls or a crisis?

  • Feel your organisation is just not ‘media savvy’ and needs training?
