Delivery Information

We provide free shipping on purchases that exceed AUD$300. All purchases will be dispatched promptly with TNT Couriers via their Global Express Service (seven -fourteen day delivery) International, or TNT Road Express (four -seven day delivery) domestic.

The status and location of any purchase can be traced on the internet by entering the consignment note number into the TNT website. It is important that the delivery address supplied is a physical address (not a Post Box) it can be a work or home street address.

Occasionally, government customs and clearance in your country may delay the delivery of your order. If you have not received your merchandise within a reasonable period of time please email sales@redsandart.com.au we address all customer queries promptly.
