GRATE MAGNETS: Econo-Grate

Serpent and Dove Econo-Grate grate or grid magnets are designed for food, grain, agricultural, chemical, plastics and similar applications. These high power (10,000 Gauss or 1 Tesla) magnets are designed to recover damaging iron contamination from product flows. Food grade construction is available and the Econo-Grate range is designed to provide affordable and very effective protection for downstream equipment or for product purity and safety.

Typically Grate or Grid magnets are positioned in hoppers or bins so that dry, free-flowing granular product can flow through them. Occasionally a vibratory motor is required on the bin or hopper wall to ensure product does not hang up on the magnet.

Square, rectangular, round, single and multiple row, housed or un-housed.
