Applications

Use this Magnetic Square for routine work pieces and for pipes or tubes down to 15 mm (0.6") diameter.

110 x 95 mm (4.3" x 3.75") this most popular unit especially suits positioning heavy flanges, plates and R.H.S. Improved again in 2006, this clamp will grip 3 mm steel with greater than a whopping 36 Kgs (80 pounds)!

Feature/Benefits

• Strongest magnetic clamps available.
• Robust and accurate construction to prevent wobble.
• Major clamping edges are 110 mm (4.3"), 95mm (3.75") and 100 mm (2.5") and it’s 20 mm (0.8") wide.
• Deep recesses between the pole plates to accommodate round material down to 15 mm (0.6") diameter.
• 2 mm (0.08") thick pole plates with good flat, sharp edges – an important magnetic feature – to give a clamping force in excess of 36 Kgs (80 Lbs) on machined, 3 mm (0.125") steel plate.

Other Options

The Standard Welders Magnetic Square can be supplied as a matched pair, in "Multi-Angle" configuration, so you can clamp items at any angle you want. It will clamp on either the inside or outside of an angle.
