MAG-FRAME Magnetic Lifter for Steel Sheet

Magnetic Lifter for large, thin steel sheet. Mag-Frame from Serpent and Dove employs ingenious shallow-field, laminated magnet elements of Neodymium (Rare Earth) and/or Ferrite materials to lift and carry one sheet at a time. Mag-frame reduces the hazards and time of lifting with slings and chains. It selects only the top sheet from a stack, even if the steel is only 1 mm thick. A designed cam and lever system enables the sheet to be discharged at will. The hand-operated or automated discharge system has a fail-safe locking mechanism for safety. Mag-Frame can be used with forklifts, cranes or hoists and provides a three to one safety factor. Lightweight, Mag-Frame uses little valuable crane capacity.
