Why is my spa not heating?

A common reason for this is that your filters are not clean. Ask yourself...when was the last time I cleaned them? If the answer is longer than 3 weeks, whether or not you have used your spa, then give it a shot cleaning them! . Other reasons may account for this as well. Your heater may be "tripped" or the heating element may be broken. Before we initate a service report, we strongly advise you check your filters.

My cover is extremely heavy! What is going on?

Your cover being heavy has to do with the fact that there is a hole somewhere in the vinyl. The cover is made of 2 pieces of styrophoam and a vinyl outer cover. When a hole is made in the delicate surface, the styrophoam acts like a sponge and soaks all that water up! You can call any of our 2 locations to order a new cover!
