Craig Fairbairn - Sales Manager
Craig has a wealth of experience in the spa industry. He started helping his father out in the 80's as a young boy when spas were quite new to the Australian market. Craig has run successful spa outlets in Sydney, Canberra and Albury and brings this wealth of knowledge and experience to Splashes. Craig is respected throughout the industry and was named one of the top Spa World Salespeople for the last 2 years. Craig has a good referral rate from his customers recommending Splashes spas to their friends and family. Shannon Hill - Service Manager
Shannon has been with Splashes Spa World a short time and is in charge of customer service. Shannon puts the customer first and keeps a close eye on making sure service is followed through. Shannon says,  "I love working in the Splashes team because they are a company that cares as much as I do".
