Steve Dempsey
Steve Dempsey opened his first retail spa shop in 1993 in Brookvale and has been selling spas on the Northern beaches of Sydney for over 15 years.
Steve’s success is due to being at the forefront of innovation and product development in the industry. He is well respected by his peers and his knowledge is apparent when communicating to his customer base. In the time that Steve has been selling spas, many retailers have come and gone but Splashes Spa World remains number 1 to this day.
Steve is excited about the exclusive product range now available through Splashes and that his 2 stores remain solid in the current climate. Steve says, “I’ve always enjoyed the customer contact and I also like to be involved with the manufacturers to help develop product I can stand behind. There have been many changes in the industry over the years and I am fortunate that I have secured quality well backed product and knowledgeable and loyal staff. These are the key reasons we have remained Sydney’s number 1 spa retailer

Michele Marie
Michele Marie joined forces with Steve Dempsey in Jan 2001 to help develop Splashes Spa World. In their first year together their business turnover doubled and within 3 years they opened a 2nd store in Castle Hill. Michele’s strength with Splashes is in developing systems and customer service as well as in sales. As a team, both Michele and Steve have proven their success as Sydney’s number 1 retailer for quality product and service 2nd to none. Michele says - “I always try to do my best by every customer. I listen very carefully to their needs and can pin point the perfect spa out of our range of over 130 models. When selling a spa I like the customer to do most of the talking and from there we work together before during and after the sale. I particularly like doing the handover on site because I see the spa in situ and see my customers with a smile on their face”
