Our top-notch Service Department is ready to serve you.  Because Splashes Spa World only sells spas and saunas, we are totally dedicated to only servicing spas and saunas.  We have a fully-stocked warehouse and service vans with all of the parts needed. Our service staff is factory trained and efficient, and most have been servicing spas over ten years.  You can be rest assured they are fast, friendly and reliable.

Molly Worrell - Service Manager

Molly has been in the spa industry for over 6 years. In that time Molly has been involved with Sales and the more recently the service side of Splashes. Molly is very efficient in what she does and has a great relationship with our service contractors. Molly is very knowledgeable about spas in general and can assist most queries over the phone.

Rebecca Muller - Administration Manager

Rebecca Muller has been with the Splashes team for almost 3 years and is in charge of Financial administration. Rebecca is also sometimes called upon to make sure operations and customer service run smoothly. Rebecca says, “Working in the Splashes team  is exhilarating, challenging and rewarding”
