• Chocolate Mud Cake (Rich Chocolate Mud Cake Topped with Thick, Fudgy Ganache.)
• Sacher Torte (Delicious layers of Chocolate Sponge, Chocolate Cream, Raspberry Jam, Liquor and Chocolate Ganache.  Covered with a layer of Chocolate Buttercream & smooth Chocolate Glaze, with “Sacher” noted on each slice.)
• Bon Vivant (Rich hazelnut Base topped with Baked Rich Chocolate Mousse.  Topped with a light dusting of Dusting Sugar, with Chocolate Shavings on Sides.)
• Black Forest (Layers of Kirsch-soaked chocolate sponge, sour cherries and fresh cream.)
• Coffee Walnut Torte (Layers of Kirsch-soaked chocolate sponge, sour cherries and fresh cream.)
• Flourless Chocolate Cake - 8" only (A rich chocolate fudge cake made with almond meal and lightly finished with dusting sugar.)
• Orange and Poppy Seed Torte (Delicious combination of orange and poppy seed sponge, layered and topped with smooth cream cheese icing.)
• Japonaise (Four layers of hazelnut meringue layered with nougat buttercream and coated with roasted almonds.)

Christening and Wedding Cakes

Two tiered cake using your choice of cake with 14” as base and 12” as top and plastic icing (made specially for wedding cakes and christening cakes).

You may have your choice of writing on it ($8.00).  Quote for customized orders on request.
