CHRISTMAS IN JULY

Celebrating Christmas in July in the spirit of a "Winter Christmas" is becoming a growing Aussie tradition, mainly celebrated at clubs, or by companies as a team building opportunity and recently even at homes, with family and friends. 

We have created a menu for you to suit the occasion.  However, if you wish to design a menu with your own touch, please do not hesitate to ask for our assitance.  You can have a larger or smaller menu for your style and budget.

Christmas in July MENU Below:  For only $18.55pp +GST and a delivery fee of $55

All ROAST MEATS served with hot rich meat gravy.  Choose any two from below:

• Roast Beef and mustard
• Roast Pork and apple sauce
• Champagne HAM and creamy mustard sauce
• Breast of TURKEY and Cranberry Sauce  ($1, S/charge Turkey)
• Corn Beef and mustard pickle 

Hot Accompaniments.  Choose any two from below:

• Hot Vegetables (Corn, Peas and Carrots) done in butter
• Potato and Cheese Bake
• Roast Vegetable in Balsamic……….S/charge of $2.50 applies
• Roast Root Vegetables done in olive oil and rosemary ......S/charge of $2.00 aplies

Salads

• Any two Salads from our Option 1 selection.  Note: Ask us for prices on higher option salads from the Salads Menu

Breads

Fresh Dinner Rolls or Fresh Damper Rolls with butter portions 

DESSERT:  Select one from below. Note: You may choose half and half of each dessert for 50+ guests

• Christmas Pudding with Custard
• Fresh Cut Fruit Salad with Cream

Price for the above menu:

As a "Drop Off Service"....................$18.55pp +GST  and a delivery fee of $55. Minimum numbers required are 25guest.

NOTE: For a small additional cost of $350, you can have a service with staff and all other value inclusions of our "Fully Catered FC Service". 

OTHER PARTY ITEMS:
You may wish to order disposable dinnerware (set of white quality plastic plate, knife, fork and Christmas serviette) at $1.00 pp and disposable dessert ware (set of white quality plastic bowl, spoon and Christmas serviette) at $0.65 pp.
