Cocktail parties are a perfect style of catering for indoor and outdoor functions where the guests are encouraged to mingle in an informal way over drinks.  Finger foods service is suited to just about any style of catering, from casual to formal, for small and large numbers. Cocktails are a perfect mood creator to parties as an entree or a full meal.

The serving will be over two hours.  In the first hour, a selection of 4 Finger Foods of your choice from Option 1 will be freshly prepared and plattered by the chef at regular intervals, for you to take around to your guests.  Or we can organize a hired  waiter service for you. By paying the difference in cost, you can have more than 4 finger Foods or choose items from other options.  Delicious Hot Beef Roast Rolls and gravy wiil be served from the buffet table in the second hour of service. A real winner with young crowds! This stylish value deal includes a Uniformed Chef, Cooking and Serving Equipment, Prep and Buffet Tables with Fitted Table Cloths, Platters,  Chafers with burners, Gastronome Trays...the lot!
