Please refer to inclusions of our “Fully Catered” Service in Product Pouch. For numbers of 50-80 one staff is included in the cost and for 80-100, 2 staff. For numbers less than 50 no labour is included in the costing.

This quote is based on a buffet style meal and a standard 4 hour service. If using real crockery, cutlery and glasses, the number of hours labour required for a standard party is more. You will then also require to hire additional staff for the clearing of the tables and a kitchen hand to scrap and rinse the hire items
Cost of additional staff is $38.00 per hour (min. hire of 4 hours required).
Cost of Bar waiters with RSA certified at $40.00 per hour (min. 4 hours).
Depending on where the venue is, there may be a travel time needed to be charged for hire staff (usually 1 hour).
Cost of Disposable dinnerware (plate, knife, fork & serviette set) for $1.00.
Cost of Disposable dessert bowls, spoons and serviettes for 65c.
Full sized dinner serviettes if ordered for real crockery and cutlery will be charged at $0.35 each and can be purchased in lots of 25.
