Our meats are delicious.  The Meats Only service offers an opportunity for your creative touch, where you prepare all your favourite accompaniments, with a selection of our succulent meats and rich meat gravy.  Also great for church functions, casual work parties or picnics.

The Roast Meats Only prices starts at $6.95 pp for a cold box and $7.95 pp for a "hot box" where the meats and gravy come to you hot and ready to roll! 

You can have two varieties of meats from the list below; Roast Beef and Roast Pork being the popular choice.  The meats are sliced in "jus"(the juice from meat) and packed in ovenable and microwaveable foil trays for your heating convenience when ordering a cold box. Plus we provide seperately a rich meat gravy to compliment the meats.  Click on the links if you  wish to add a yummy potato bake from our Hot Accompaniments selection, perhaps some Salads or Entree Platters or Desserts.

Roast Beef	with Mild Mustard
Roast Pork	with Apple Sauce
Roast Veal	with Mild Mustard
Roast Silverside	with Horseradish
Roast Lamb*	with Mint Jelly
Chicken Kebebs
Roast Chicken Thigh Fillets* Choose any style from:	Butter Roasted Chicken in a light chicken gravy. Tandoori style with a mint and yoghurt sauce as accompaniment. Mediterranean style (marinated in a paprika based marinade & olives).
Christmas Meats:* Served Hot or Cold
Cranberry Glazed Roast Breast of Turkey*	with Cranberry Sauce
Apricot Glazed Leg Ham*	with Chef's Special Mustard Sauce

* These meats attract a $1pp sur-charge because of their higher market cost.  The minimum order value is $250 +GST and a delivery fee of $55 applies.  All prices are ex- GST and a 10% GST must be added.
