This Drop Off Menu includes succulent Roast Beef, Roast Pork, selection of salads from our option 1 salads, fresh dinner rolls and butter portions, gravy and condiments for only $9.95pp +GST

• Roast Pork with Apple Sauce
• Selection of Fresh Salad for our option 1 Salad
• Fresh Bread Rolls and Butter Portions
• Rich Meat Gravy and Condiments

The meats are delivered to you, sliced in foil trays with jus. All you have to do is warm it in the oven before serving. If you wish the meats to be delivered hot and ready to go a $1pp hot box fee is applicable. The salads come to you attractivly garnished in table ready disposable bowls.  Easy, No Work, No Worry! Enjoy your party for a change.

Add a Hot Accompaniment like our delicious Potato Bake, Starters and Desserts to suit your function style.

You may wish to replace the beef or pork with another meat of your choice from the options offered below or you may add a third meat.  Third meat attracts an additional charge of $1.00pp.  Please note that some meats also have a surcharge as the market price of these meats is higher.

Roast Veal	with Mild English Mustard as accompaniment
Roast Silverside	with Horseradish Sauce as accompaniment
Roast Lamb* Apricot Glazed Leg Ham	with Mint Sauce as accompaniment with Chef's Mustard Sauce
Roast Chicken Thigh Fillets* Choose any one style from:	Butter Roasted Chicken in a light chicken gravy. Tandoori style with a mint and yoghurt sauce as accompaniment. Mediterranean style (marinated in a paprika based marinade & olives).
Christmas Meats:* Served Hot or Cold
Roast Breast of Turkey	with Cranberry Sauce
Apricot Glazed Leg Ham	with Chef's Mustard Sauce
