Hot Accompaniments

A perfect Roast Meal requires some added hot accompaniments and we have a variety of menu items at different price points to suit a variety of needs like having some vegetarian guests, or requiring an Asian dish to suit the varied tastes and satisfy all your guests.

When doing a "Fully Catered" Service, these are served hot from Gastronome trays with burners.

Please note that all prices quoted are ex GST and a 10% GST must be added.

Option 1 Accompaniments: (prices start from…… $2.55 pp each)

• Baby Beans in Butter 
• Carrots in Butter
• Delicious Potato and Cheese Bake
• Hot Potato with sour cream and chives
• Mashed Potatoes 
• Mixed Hot Vegetables (carrots, corn kernels and peas - done in butter)
• Fried Rice 
• Pilaf Rice (Boiled white rice with green peas as garnish)

Option 2 Accompaniments: (prices start from…… $2.75 pp each)

• Beef Cannelloni
• Vegetable Lasagne 
• Beef Lasagne
• Creamy Cauliflower and Cheese Bake
• Delicious Potato, Herb, Cheese and Spinach Bake
• Premium Fried Rice (with prawns)
• Gourmet Thai Noodles
• Neapolitan Pasta
• Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni
• Sweet Chilli Noodles
• Sweet Chilli Roast Potato
• Tomato Fettuccini

Option 3 Accompaniments: (prices start from…… $3.20 pp each)

• Chicken and Noodle in Coriander Pesto
• Indian Style Potatoes
• Mashed Potatoes with Bacon and Onion
• Roasted Sweet Chilli Kumera
• Roasted Tomato Couscous
• Roasted Vegetables in Balsamic Sauce
• Roasted Vegetables in Rosemary & Olive Oil (Chunky cut potato, pumpkin, carrot, kumera, capsicum, seasoning, rosemary and olive oil)
