Want to attract a crowd? Than put on a sausage sizzle and the aroma of grilled sausages and onions will drive them to you! Also, "a must have" treat on ANZAC and Australia Day.  Our gourmet skinless sausages are very low in fat but in taste they rank with the best.

Below prices are for our  Drop Off Sausage Sizzle.  A minimum order of $250+ GST and a delivery fee applies. Click on the link above to find out how this service works.

For numbers 50+... $4.95 pp

For numbers 100+... $4.50 pp

For numbers 200+... $3.95 pp

 Includes:

• Skinless gourmet beef sausages (one per person)
• BBQ Onion
• Condiments
• Sliced Bread (please add $0.65 for Long Bread rolls in place of sliced bread)

For a Fully Catered Sausage Sizzle, a service  fee of $350 applies and includes:

• Uniformed staff for 4 hours including bump in and bump out (2 hrs actual serving)
• Flat Bed BBQ (Deduct $50 for own CLEAN FLAT BED BBQ appropriate to size of function)
• Gastronome trays and Thermo food holding boxes 
• Prep tables / buffet tables with Navy or Red fitted table cloths as required
• White porcelain bowls for Salads when menu includes salads
• Serving utensils
• Cartage
• Cleaning of equipment (off-site)
• Gold License Caterer
• $20m Public Liability Insurance

You may wish to Add Salads from our Option 1 Salads Menu................. $1.50 pp

Please ask us if you would like to include some higher option salads.

• Dinnerware.  SFC will be hapy to provide quality disposable dinnerware (a set of a large white oval plastic plate, knife, fork and serviette) at $1.00 per set.
• Dessert ware - SFC will be happy to provide quality disposable dessert ware (as a set of white plastic bowl, spoon and serviette) at $0.65 per set.

RSA qualified bar waiter from $40.00 ph
