Staff

The Sydney Functions Catering staff are attired in uniform, are well trained, polite, and professional.

Our "Fully Catered" service includes the cost of a chef and/or buffet staff.  Staff numbers may vary depending on your menu selected and the number of guests booked. 

Should you require additional staff for instances such as when you are using real crockery, cutlery and glasses, or for a plated meal.  You may also have a need for a bar waiter. 

Cost of staff provided by Sydney Functions catering are as below.

• Waiting staff (min. 4 hours)... from... $38.00 per hour
• RSA qualified bar waiter........ from... $40.00 per hour
• Chef...................................... from... $45.00 per hour
