Broadly, there are three most popular catering styles for weddings.  Your wedding could be a Stylish Cocktail Party where the guests mingle over a drink as waiters pass around a selection of hot and cold canapés, enough to make up a filling meal.  Or perhaps a Silver Buffet or a Silver Table Service? Again, this can be combined with some  Hors D'oeuvres served with pre-dinner drinks. We will be pleased to help you arrange any type of catering you desire for your special occasion.

However we can tailor a special menu for you by selecting from the vast varieties we offer in our Meats Menu, Salads Menu, Other accompanying dishes, Finger Foods, Platters, Desserts and Cakes.

We can assist you with all your other function needs, such as Bonbonniere, additional staff, Bevarages, entertainment and PA systems, hire of crockery and cutlery, tables and chairs, table accessories, linen and chair covers and any special needs you may have.
