DANCE COURSE STRUCTURE
Most of the dance classes offered run in a 6-week course format. Depending on the time of year there may be 3-week mini courses, special workshops or master classes also. There are many benefits to a course structure, such as:

CLASS LEVEL
Beginners Level
Suitable for students that have had little or no dance experience or have been absent from dancing for a while and are starting back. Focus is on increasing your repertoire of moves, co-ordination and confidence in dance. Choreographies are taught at a slower pace and a kept simple, yet interesting and fun.
Intermediate level
Suitable for students who have either participated in the Beginners Level and would like a bit more of a challenge. Focus is more on presentation and delivery of dance with more complex choreographies taught at a faster pace.
CLASS FORMAT
All classes consist of:
- A warm-up (includes Isolation Exercises and Stretching)
- Freestyle Section
- Choreography
- A Cool-Down (includes stretching)

A Final Note:
Please remember that everyone is unique and individual and this also applies to the art of dancing. Dance classes will challenge not only your body but also your mind. Give yourself time to adapt to the class and the style, if it is new to you. Have Fun and enjoy yourself and the rest will come in time. Be patient and if you are serious-Practise Practise and Practise!!!
