GENERAL INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS:
1. Bookings are essential for all courses and a Deposit is required to confirm your booking.
2. Numbers to some courses may be limited and courses are filled on a first served basis.
3. Duration is 55min for all classes unless otherwise stated.
4. Please arrive 15-20min early for the first class and bring with you your Balance Payment and completed, signed registration form. For all following weeks, please make sure your attendance is marked at the beginning of each lesson.
5. It is important you arrive to class on time, so you can warm up properly and wear appropriate dress attire and shoes. (NO bare feet or socks allowed).
6. Some courses fill quickly and some attract smaller numbers. If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled and you will be informed. In the rare event that this occurs, your course fee will be refunded in full or you may transfer to another course.
7. Due to the structure of the dance course, no make up classes or transfers are allowed.
8. No Casual Classes are allowed.
9. Your e-mail address will be added to our newsletter database unless you advise us otherwise. You may ask to have it removed at any time.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
1. A DEPOSIT must be received prior to starting your first class to confirm your place within the dance course. Deposit is Non Refundable. Payment options for your deposit include EFT transfer, Credit Card via secure on line Pay Pal and cash (only for current students attending classes). You will be emailed instructions for all payments. Please advise at time of booking, how you wish to pay your deposit.
2. The Balance Payment is payable in CASH ONLY on the first lesson of the course.
3. COURSES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE for absence, non-attendance, change of mind or any other personal circumstances or reason. 4. If you need a receipt, please advise.
