Making Puppets (and props and masks!)

Monsters and Mayhem undertakes commissions to make all sorts of puppets, masks, theatre props and odd things for other companies.

We make interesting things for new companies or small companies without their own resident puppet-maker, and for education staff looking for a specific puppet or prop. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to talk about your requirements and get a quote.

We create hand, glove, rod, marotte, trigger operated, shadow, western bunraku-style and even giant puppets!

Materials include fabric, wood, foam, latex, and mixed media. We also make masks for theatre companies and drama teachers, and have a penchant for peculiar prop-making.
